Donna Reece Allman Hudson, 64, of Morganton, NC, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025 after an extended illness.
Born in Caldwell County, NC on July 28, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee Reece and Shirley Drum Reece.
Donna had worked at Carolina Shoe and Henredon Furniture. She served as caregiver for her mother until her passing. She was a loving person who always cared for her children.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Brian Mayfield; daughter, Heather Riddings (Lee); brother, Richard Reece; sister, Sherry Greer; first husband, Marty Allman; and second husband, Kenneth Hudson.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Reece.
A family graveside service will be held at Abundant Life Tabernacle Church Cemetery.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
