Delorise Anne Waters Odom, 79 of Denver, NC passed away Monday, November 1, 2021. Born October 14, 1942 in Gaston County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Albert Ernest Waters and Annie Belle Brady Waters. She was a member of First Assembly of God and a cub scout den mother.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Odom was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Malloy Odom; siblings, Ruth G. Waters, Thomas L. Waters, Albert E. Waters, Jr., J. D. Waters, Bill Waters, Darrell Waters, Eugene “Pug” Waters, Joyce Bernard, Lawrence Waters, and Jerry Ray Waters,
Mrs. Odom is survived by her son, Richard E. Odom (Regina); daughter, Terrie Lynn Odom; grandchildren, Annie Therese Odom and Ashley Malloy Odom; brother, Jackie Waters; and sister, Carolyn Sigmon.
There will be a private family service held.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gaston Hospice.
