David Lee Riddle, 62 of Morganton, NC passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Born on January 13, 1960, he was the son of Harold Riddle and the late Mary Hipps Walker. David was a devoted friend. He was a long-time employee of E.J. Victor Furniture. David liked to fish, watch Nascar racing, and watch Gunsmoke on TV.
David is survived by his sons, David Lee Riddle Jr. (Diane), Eric Thomas Riddle (Shelly); daughter, Kisha Maines (Chris); brothers, Jimmy Riddle (Becky), Troy Walker (Karen); sisters, Judy Carrera (Jose), Linda Green (Ike); 14 grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended family; and a special friend, Ronald Mull.
In addition to his mother, David is preceded in death by his step-father, Earl Walker; son, Jason Riddle.
There are no services planned at this time for the Riddle family.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
