Dallas was a great friend to all who new him. His capacity to help others knew no bounds. I met him while conducting a training to become a Subject Matter Expert in Composting. Dallas excelled in the class and conducted many deployments where he helped farmers and producers deal with their tragic poultry losses due to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza. In all cases, Dallas lead with his humanity followed closely by his capable composting skills. I had the pleasure of working with him on Maryland during a very stressful outbreak. His calm demeanor and humor made many difficult situation easier to bear. His impacts were bountiful and I for one could not think of a better person to call colleague and friend. Rest easy Dallas, we'll take it from here...

Dallas will be missed by many. Too many memories to list as we cousins grew up. Memories of good times hunting as family here and up north in Michigan. God speed Dallas. The dogs have struck and the race is on. Full cry rolling. See ya at the tree.
