Born in East Prairie, Missouri on September 17, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Carl Travis Boswell and Gladys Kathryn Bone Boswell.
Connie was a member of Blessed Hope Fellowship. She faithfully served at her church, worked with the youth, and, along with her husband, Connie made treat bags every Christmas. She also led a Girl Scout troop. Connie was an active and loving mother, and grandmother, and she always devoted time to helping with activities. Connie seemed to know everyone and enjoyed talking to everyone she met.

Just found out today about Connie passing. My prayers are with you all.
She will be missed. She is resting in a better place.
As a member of First Advent Christian Church, Connie and Lanny were the best church members. Their love for working with the youth, supporting church members , and the willingness to serve was an inspiration. I can remember Connie cutting hair for many people from her home. She was a devoted Christian and her conviction was apparent everywhere she went. God is smiling on you and I am positive that Lanny was waiting at the gates of Heaven to greet you!!
I was blessed to have grown up with Connie. One time I especially remember is when she was working in a beauty salon, close to where we lived. She didn't want to walk home alone after dark, so I would meet her at the salon after work to walk with her home. Judy, my wife and I will miss her very much, but we are so glad to know that we will see her again when we meet again in heaven. -Gary & Judy Boswell
She, along with husband Lanny were two of the greatest church members any Pastor could ever want. They were with me for 50 years.
Connie was a very special person. She always had a beautiful smile and a kind word for everyone she met She and Lanny exemplified what true Christians should be. I admired both Connie and Lanny . I attended church with Connie for many years. Everyone who knew her will miss her. My condolences to her family who she loved and was so vey proud of.
