We have known Charles since we moved to Morganton in 2019. He attended church and Bible study every week where I got to know him. He was a kind man, always with a smile. He was a faithful husband to Gayree who was my Secret Sister awhile back. He will be missed! Earl & Mary Jones
To our extended family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of mourning. Charles was a wonderful man of God who loved nothing more than his family and the UNC Tarheels. May you always rest assured in knowing he is with his loving savior Jesus Christ. -Jena & Seth McDaniel

My deepest sympathy to all of you.
Jeff and family, Even when the hurt runs deep, God's love runs deeper. Sometimes in the saddest hours, we can't do anything but put our hand in His. Feel Him leading you now and know that no matter what, you are safe and you are His. We have you in our thoughts and pray that the Lord will provide during this time of sorrow and always.
