He had such an sincere smile and a contagious laugh. Truly a man who knew how to live and have fun. I know God is most certainly welcoming him with open arms.

Charles always reminded me of his mother and his Aunt Ruth who both lived Christian ways each and ever day. He loved his fishing and hunting. He was the most senior member of my Dad’s side of the family and will be dearly missed by all. He was one of my favorite cousins and may God comfort the Ramsey family during this difficult time. May he RIP, Cousin/Ed

Charles Wilburn was a sweet and kind man, who comes along too seldom. He always had kind words and was soft spoken. I did not spend a lot of time around him but I considered the times I did to be special, he was a favorite cousin. He loved his hunting and fishing. I am sure he will continue these in heaven. He is now at peace with his mother, father, sister, Mam-maw, Pap-paw and so many other friends and family members. What a wonderful reunion is happening now. “A beautiful soul, full of love and faith, ascended to heaven, away from us, but closer to God “
