In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Tracy Johnston Sams; children, Sarah Madison Sams and Bryan Keith Sams, Jr.; step-father, David Hammons; brothers David Sams, Jr., Tony Sams, Shane Sams, and Wade Sams; sisters, Tracy Moose and Tanya Jarlson.
There will be a private family service at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.

all my thoughts with Bryan's family, and friends. I only knew him through shot online, but had a lot of respect for him, we exchanged pleasentries nearly every day, i cant imagine the loss his family and close friends are feeling but, i know he will be sadly missed in the game as a well respected guy, you could always go to for advice. Thoughts and prayers for Bryan and his family in this very sad time. Met Bryan online playing golf and we spoke many times on Skype or Discord. The game does not feel the same knowing he will not be logging on again. He was a friend and will always be thought of and missed. Condolences again for the loved ones left behind.
