Brenda Pearson, 67, went home to the lord on Friday, December 7, 2012. She was born on September 29, 1945 in Morganton and was a daughter of the late Ernest Tate Pearson and Vissie Whisenant Pearson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Pearson.Brenda was a sweet and loving person. She leaves behind her family and friends to cherish her memories including her sister, Doris Farnham of Glen Alpine; four brothers, Grover Pearson and wife, Sandra, of Marion, Ernie Pearson and wife, Doris, of Valdese, Otis Pearson and wife, Jean, and Carl Pearson all of Morganton; and a number of nieces and nephews and their families. She was of the Baptist faith.The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at her apartment, 106-B Brookwood Place, Morganton.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting with arrangements.
