Brandon Terry, 30, of Morganton, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
Born in Eden, North Carolina, on November 24, 1995, Brandon was the beloved son of the late Kenneth Darrell Lee Terry and Brandy Michelle Hopkins Terry.
Brandon was a hardworking and dedicated plumbing superintendent who took tremendous pride in his work. Through his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, he earned recognition and multiple awards for excellence in the plumbing industry. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, working with his hands, watching sports, following his favorite teams, and occasionally trying his luck with sports betting. He loved playing games with his boys, sharing good meals with family and friends, and making lasting memories with the people he loved. Brandon will be remembered for his strong work ethic, easygoing personality, quick sense of humor, generous heart, and the love he had for his family, especially his daughter.
Brandon is survived by his cherished daughter, Braylen Leigh Terry; his brothers, Rusty "Tyler" Terry and Jimmy Merriman; his sister, Abagail Robertson; his father, Jimmy Merriman; his grandmother, Mary Sharp; his aunts, Misty Merriman and Anne Edwards; and his uncle, Charlie Edwards.
In addition to his parents, Brandon was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Darrell Lee Terry, and his mother, Brandy Michelle Hopkins Terry.
No services are planned at this time.
