Our deepest condolences to the Smart family. We looked forward to seeing Mr. Bill each week when we visited my grandmother at College Pines - He would greet everyone at the front door with his sweet smile! We had the pleasure of rocking on the front porch and listening to him sing on several occasions - Mr. Bill loved the Lord, and we feel sure he's greeting and singing in Heaven!

So sorry to hear about Great Uncle Bill's passing. He will be greatly missed. You are all in my prayers. Denise Johnson.🙏❤️

My deepest of sympathies to all the family. I wish I had the privilege of knowing Bill sooner. I spent a lot of time on the front porch of College Pines taking with Bill while my dad was there. He was such a joy and had some interesting stories. College Pines will not be the same without the Greeter opening the door with a huge smile on his face. I know you all will miss him dearly. May you find comfort in knowing right where he is, in the loving arms of Jesus. Many prayers. Julie Raper
