Our deepest condolences to the Smart family. We looked forward to seeing Mr. Bill each week when we visited my grandmother at College Pines - He would greet everyone at the front door with his sweet smile! We had the pleasure of rocking on the front porch and listening to him sing on several occasions - Mr. Bill loved the Lord, and we feel sure he's greeting and singing in Heaven!

My deepest of sympathies to all the family. I wish I had the privilege of knowing Bill sooner. I spent a lot of time on the front porch of College Pines taking with Bill while my dad was there. He was such a joy and had some interesting stories. College Pines will not be the same without the Greeter opening the door with a huge smile on his face. I know you all will miss him dearly. Dad, I will miss you so much. I am glad I got the opportunity to spend time with you and tell you how much I loved you and what a great dad you were. Thank you for everything you did for us growing up and never letting me down. You have always been my hero and you still are. I love you and I know your in heaven with Mom and my Rocky. So R.I. P.
