Betty McClellan, 68, of Drexel passed away Monday, July 29, 2019. Born December 1, 1950 in Burke County she was the daughter of the late Robert Goodson Shuffler and Alma Louise Shell Shuffler.
Betty is survived by her only child, Tracey McClellan Luckadoo (Jeremy); grandchildren Tracy Marie Luckadoo, Jessica Luckadoo Sterling, Dalton, Douglas, Katherine, and Faith Luckadoo; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a special friend, Howard Helton.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12 noon, Friday, August 2, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 12 noon in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rocky Pass Church Cemetery in Nebo, NC.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
