Betty Francis Meister passed into the heavens on Friday, January 11, 2019. Born on January 14, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Lee George Hood and Beulah Nadine Hood.
Betty is survived by her Children, Linda Hayes, Spouse Bill from Ponte Vedra FL and Tony Meister and Spouse Julia from Cleveland Ok. Grandchildren, Melanie, Christopher, Tanner and April and great grandchildren Savannah and Caroline and Hayden, Daniel, and Aria.
Betty was born in Vinita, OK on January 14, 1935, where she grew up. She spent her adult years in Oklahoma and working in pharmaceutical and real estate. In retirement she spent time in the flea markets both as a collector and seller. Betty loved spending time at the lakes in Oklahoma and traveling the USA where she enjoyed collecting all manner of nick knacks, flowers and plants during those travels.
Betty spent the last 10 years in the Glen Alpine area enjoying the mountains and climate. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family, and all who were touched by her.
