My condolences on the passing of a true public servant of Lancaster County. I was the Lancaster City Administrator while Ben was with Lancaster County but he was always looking after the public's tax money as if it was his own. He was a true gentleman and I also enjoyed our time together as members of First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. I pray for the peace for the family that only our Savior can provide.
