Benjamin Earl Johnson, 47, of Morganton passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 13, 2021. Born in Florida on May 18, 1973, he was the son of Stephen Dale Johnson and Mary Meda Tsangarides Johnson of Clearwater, FL. Benjamin was a very skilled tradesman who enjoyed working hard. He loved to do anything outside, especially hunt and fish.
In addition to his parents, Benjamin is survived by his son, Clayton Johnson of Florida; daughters, Courtney Johnson of Roxboro, NC, Katherine Johnson of Hillsborough, NC, and Jade Johnson of Florida; grandson, Paxton Johnson; brothers, Thomas Johnson of Missouri, James Copeland of Florida, and Joshua Copeland of Florida; sister, Jodi Cook of Roxboro; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family; and many friends to whom he was loyal.
No services are planned for Mr. Johnson.
