Belver Jolley McNeilly

Belver Jolley McNeilly, 80, of Morganton, NC died Monday, January 17, 2011. Born in Spartanburg Co., SC on June 11, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Rimon Jolley and Ever Bailey Jolley. Belver was a member of Mt. Home Baptist Church. and had retired from Broughton Hospital where she had worked as an LPN.She is survived by brothers, T. J. "Shorty" Jolley of Chesnee, SC, Thamer "Bud" Jolley of Boiling Springs, NC, and Leonard Jolley of Chesnee, SC.In addition to her parents, Belver was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward McNeilly, and a sister, Hazel Jolley.The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Mt. Home Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Gamble officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Home Baptist Church, 2272 Mt. Home Church Road, Morganton, NC 28655. Sossoman Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
