Barbara Moses

Barbara Moses, 68, of Raintree Dr., Morganton, NC died Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Frye Regional Hospital in Hickory. She was born January 4, 1942 in Burke County, NC, and was a daughter of the late James Woodrow Orders and Florence Pearson Orders.Barbara is survived by sons, Ricky Moses and wife, Lisa, and Bobby Joe Moses and wife, Angie, all of Morganton; sisters, Judy McCall and husband, David, and Bernice Golds, all of Morganton; grandchildren, Ricky Moses, Jr., Dustin, Riley, and Lynn Moses, Shannon Wells, and Joshua Woodward; and great-grandchildren, Gage Moses, Dylan, Braedyn, and Kalexis Laws.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Moses; and a daughter, Teresa Moses.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 8, 2010 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Ricky Moses, 117 Raintree Dr. in Morganton.
