Barbara A. Crabtree

Barbara A. Crabtree, 75, of Morganton died Wednesday, June 12, 2019.  Born in Essex County, NJ on October 23, 1943, she was the daughter of the late James Clifton Williams and Sarah Rosalind Byers Williams.  Barbara was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother, Herman “Tom” Byers Williams of Morganton; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by a brother, James “Jim” Robert Williams.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2019 at Hopewell Baptist Church.  The memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. in the church with Dr. Danny Emory officiating.
