Anthony Cha Lopez, 16, of Valdese, NC died Tuesday, January 12, 2016. Born in Burke County, NC on December 24, 1999, he was the son of Rodriguez Eduardo Lopez and Esperanza Muniz. He fought a hard battle with Cerebral Palsy for sixteen years while remaining happy and was a blessing to his family.
In addition to his parents, Anthony is survived by a brother, Mickey Eduardo Lopez; a sister, Amanda Muniz; and a host of extended family.
Anthony was preceded in death by his grandmother, Juana Rodriguez and an uncle, Roberto Vicente Rodriguez.
Services will be announced.
The family would like to extend their sincere heartfelt gratitude to Holy Angels for the care and unconditional love given to Anthony.
