Adam Freeman, 38, died Sunday, November 5, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident. Born in Burke County, NC on December 5, 1978, he was the son of Shirley Norville Freeman of Morganton and the late Ned McKinley Freeman.
In addition to his mother, Adam is survived by a brother, Melvin Joe Freeman and wife, Kyra, of Vermont; and nieces, Eva Ginalski, Priya Ginalski, Molly Freeman, and Callaghan Freeman.
In addition to his father, Adam was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Freeman and Richard Allen Freeman.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2017 at Nowlings Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
