Roger Dale Baker, 46, of Morganton, NC passed away Friday, January 8, 2021. Born November 27, 1974 in Burke County, he was a son of the late Winfred Whisnant and Helen Ray Cogdell Baker. Roger was well loved. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Baker is survived by his siblings, Karen Carswell, Shirley McLean, and Stanley Baker (Robin); and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death his brother, Tommy Baker.
There will be a private family service at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
