Myles Patrick Hess
Feb. 26, 1993 to Jan. 1, 2020
Myles Patrick Hess, 26, of Morganton, NC, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. He was born on February 26, 1993 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Patrick Richard Hess and Connie Lynn (Suttner) Hess. Myles was a member of the Freedom High School Class of 2011. He had attended UNC-Charlotte and was currently enrolled at Post University.
Myles was an altruistic, loving, compassionate, free spirit who had so much magic and light inside of him. He was the most humble person who accepted and loved everyone unconditionally. Of this, Myles said, “What you do for yourself dies with you. What you do for others is eternal.” He lived by this beautiful sentiment and his words will stay with us forever. Myles was also an extremely talented artist whose unique works reflected his vibrant personality, allowing the world to catch a glimpse of his precious soul.
Myles was a donor, therefore, because of him, many lives will be forever changed allowing their families to be able to be with their loved ones for years to come. We are filled with content knowing that Myles’ bright light and smyle will continue to shine through them.
In addition to his parents, Myles is survived by his siblings, Ashley Hess (Justin Trepanier) of Neenah, WI, Nicholas Hess (Jade Mineau) of Green Bay, WI, and Amber Hess (Cory Silvers) of Morganton; nephew, Logan Williams; nieces, Navellie Granquist and Kabela Hess; maternal grandmother, Shirley Price; paternal grandmother, Mary Hess; godparents, Jeff and Therese Suttner; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
